Refund Policy

Return Policy 

All sales are final.
Because each order is produced and fulfilled with care, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebhamcollective@gmail.com  with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or offer a store credit.

We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
